Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches

I sent two ice cream sandwich kits as Christmas gifts and I received notes that they were enjoyed by each family. They were amazed that ice cream could be mailed! I also received notices from Pennsylvania General Store when each gift was delivered and where it was left so I knew it got there.
