John Copes corn (along with Hammonds pretzels) has been a part of my family's holiday meals for generations, Thank you.
One thing, there is a whole lot more to Pennsylvania than Philadelphia and I felt your offerings from other areas were scant. How about some maple syrup from Somerset and things from Pittsburgh.

We are based out of the Philadelphia area, so that's why we have so many Philadelphia products BUT we completely agree that the whole state of Pennsylvania has so much to offer! There are quite a few products from Lancaster, central PA and Pittsburgh in our stores but we are always growing our inventory and searching for new PA vendors :)

Love the product. Have been eating the baked corn casserole for many years, I'm almost 80! It has been my granddaughter's favorite for years as well. She loves it as a cold leftover. However,
it has gotten so expensive that I'm not sure that I will be able to afford it much longer. This last order is her birthday present! We will share it on Easter Sunday after a year of COVID isolation!

I have no words to express how happy I am that Cope's dried sweet corn is still being sold. My mom cooks it on every major holiday. I started doing the same two years ago. It's always a treat and I love keeping our family traditions alive.

I've been eating Cope's Dried Sweet Corn for over 50 years and it was a very much of a holiday favorite while growing up in Oklahoma. I was happy to be able to order it online from Pennsylvania General Store and received it in time for Christmas.

If YOU have to have this stuff and you don't have it at your local Grocer. YOU ARE going to pay 2 to 3 times what you would on the shelf in PA. I know how much it cost back home and the boxes are now bags and now instead of 7 oz bags they are this size but still the same price, BUT when you gotta have it you gotta have it. Can't find it here even at my local TRUE Amish shops. Thank You Thank You Thank You !!

My dad was from Pennsylvania, and for several years our family lived in Emmaus and outside Philadelphia. My brother always looks for Cope's dried sweet corn, and it's hard to find in the many other places we've lived. I was glad to find it here at the PA General Store, along with so many other Pennsylvania favorites. Yum!

I received my package quickly. I needed it in time for Thanksgiving, and it arrived sooner than expected! Shipping cost was high - I did not pay for faster shipping, just normal, and I though it was quite high for what I had ordered.

I made two bags (of Cope's Corn) and only changed one thing well two... I added nutmeg and two extra eggs . I have been making it that way for a number of years. except for the last few my mother did not send me a few bags ,so this year I ordered it on line a big surprise for my two boys and my wife. Great product!

I was introduced to dried sweet corn by my mother-in -law. We have now been married 46 years, and have carried that family tradition, and our son has carried it on with his family. Finding sweet dried corn in recent years has very difficult. My mother in law always got hers from Yoder's in Maryland. They no longer exist, so finding you in Pennsylvania was a godsend! Please don't ever close! Making the corn casserole from my mother in laws recipe is the best ever!! Thank you so much for allowing us to continue our time honored family tradition!

Cope's Dried Sweet Corn is about as good a way to get fresh corn flavor in the winter as possible. I've loved this product for years. Somehow, the Pennsylvania General Store was able to get me a shipment in two days at the height of the Holiday mail frenzy. The Corn Supreme we made was the best part of our Christmas dinner.

Our family has been buying Cope's corn for at least ten years.
It would not be Thanksgiving without it. My only suggestion on the creamed/stewed corn is to omit the sugar from the recipe: the corn makes it sweet enough.

My husband's family is originally from Pennsylvania. He has enjoyed Cope's corn for years! I only recently tried it...and I love the rich nutty flavor. We recently served it to neighbors at Thanksgiving. They had never heard of Cope's corn...but they LOVED it too! I'm picking up a few extra packages to add to their Christmas packages!!

I've been using Copes dried corn for years in the Supreme corn recipe on the package. My mother made it for every Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner and now I follow suit making it for special dinner parties as well. I like the recipe but caution that it comes out pretty sweet so I use half the sugar asked for. Still the smoky flavor of the corn gives this dish a special flavor that can't be duplicated with regular corn.

Dried corn in milk and cream was a staple at Thanksgiving. It was the previous two generations that prepared it for us. I am so happy it made it's way into Mormon country in our rural county all those years ago. I am reintroducing it to my Thanksgiving tamale and is cooking as I write this. I think this is going to be a hit! My sneak taste confirms it.
