Pennsylvania is one of the top maple producing states in the USA. Deep in the mountains of Somerset County, PA the Emerick family taps over 4,000 trees each year to produce their maple syrup. A perennial blue ribbon winner at the Pa Maple Syrup Festival, Ed & Matthew Emerick have been a favorite supplier to us for over 29 years.
