My gifts arrived damaged and I have been unable to reach a human to request a refund or replacement. The shipping and handling fees were more than the cost of the hex signs. They were poorly packaged with two sheets of crumpled paper and a strip of bubble wrap. The signs were crushed as well as torn. I love the look of the signs but can't give them as gifts with this damage. Please help make this right. Thanks
