The pretzels are as good as if we picked them up at the store in Pennsylvania. Just toss in Air Fryer to reheat and they are good to go.

We sent your 24 package of pretzels to my brother for his 65th birthday. He does not live in the area anymore and Philly pretzels have always been a big favorite of his! He was thrilled with the quality of the pretzels and the easy prep. He also commented on how well they were packaged and sent us a picture.

I am originally from Philadelphia and craving for the best Philly Pretzel that I could get shipped. Shipped fresh and tasted just like if I was in Philly and just baked that day. Froze left overs following directions and still tasted fresh when defrosted. Thank you pageneralstore!

I would like to thank you for making my daughter-in-laws day (or maybe her month). She is actually from Jersey just across the river. My son was telling me that she is extremely homesick. This whole pandemic thing is making travel a bit complicated.
I thought I would have a little bit of home delivered to her doorstep. When she opened it my son said there were TEARS!! Happy tears!!!

I love these pretzels. I am not sure how to apply the salt for best results?
Owner Response: We're happy to hear you loved the soft pretzels. With respect to applying the salt: (1) to enjoy them the day you receive them, simply moisten the top of the soft pretzel with a damp paper towel, sprinkle with the enclosed coarse salt and reheat in a preheated 200 degree oven or microwave on high in 15 second intervals just till warm or (2) if you freeze the pretzels, you should bring them to room temperature before reheating as described above.
Disappointing

My wife is a huge soft pretzel fan and I ordered these as a surprise for Mother's Day. Shipping was fast and easy (although $22 felt a bit much) but the pretzels are inedible. They came straight inside and we tried the first couple that night, following the oven directions. They are very dry and almost too tough to chew, like they've been overheated in a microwave. Unfortunately the rest are heading for the trash. Reading the reviews it seems like this was a fluke, but it's still very disappointing to pay $57 for pretzels we can't enjoy.

Id love it if you created a smaller batch of just the soft pretzels I thought 24 wouldnt be too bad til I ordered and now my freezer is full bahahaahah Also... to the lovely Miss Ellen that helped me get SALT - THANK YOU! They are soooo much better with!! :) You are getting 5 stars for customer service - but PLEASE consider maybe a 10 pack?

The one thing most of Americans have in common these days is plenty of time to reminisce about the past. So I started to think about foods I loved growing up in southeastern Pennsylvania, High school in Boyertown and college at Kutztown State, so the top list was soft pretzels from Philly smoked ring bologna from Brooks Brothers, shoofly pie from home as my favorite three.
I went on line and discovered the Pennsylvania General Store and ordered soft pretzels for my whole family and became an instant hero. The pretzels were fantastic.

Ordered 48 soft pretzels from PGS-arrived promptly and fresh. Froze them two to a zip lock bag and now enjoy them on a regular basis. I think they are just as good after freezing as they are fresh.

We were really looking for orthodontic pretzels from Pennsylvania I saw this online I decided to give them a try they are awesome when I warm them up in my airfryer they were crispy on the outside tender on the inside and the salt and must have came with them which is a great additional item making them even better I will be ordering again

We ordered 100 soft pretzels for Pretzel Day at work. They arrived the exact day as specified and after one night in the freezer and 4 hours defrosting, they were delicious after a spin through our toaster. Hot and crunchy on the outside, chewy and dens eon the inside. Great product and service! How many days until the next Pretzel Day? ;)
