I ordered this ornament to be sent along with some pretzels to a friend. I was surprised later to learn the Mary Landis ornament I ordered was not what he received. He loved the pretzels but a different ornament was sent. I ship gifts directly to recipients regularly and you need to trust the company to follow through. That's what PA General Store did. When they learned of the mistake, they reached out to me to make it right. That's a company I can trust. Believe it. They care about the quality of their products and their customers.

I ordered this Mary Landis pretzel ornament as an add on to a pretzel gift for a friend. Yesterday, I visited them and was shocked to find, instead of this beautiful ornament I ordered, they received a slice of a tree branch with bark and a picture of 2 soft pretzels. It's tacky. I don't like it and more importantly, it's not what I ordered. I've sent PA General Store gifts before and now I wonder just what they send. Not what I wanted and not what I paid for. Order at your own risk
