I love to share my city with others, so when a dear friend was facing health challenges in Portland, Oregon, there was nothing better I could think to send than some TastyKakes! I'm not saying they helped her heal, but I'm not NOT saying that either... she did get better, so I leave that to the reader to decide if it's just correlation or causation!
