I sent my Son, who is presently working in Djibouti, Africa, recently received a Tastykake Tower that I sent him. He was overjoyed to receive them. He shared with his co-workers who thoroughly enjoyed them. The next shipment will be sent very soon.

I thought the tastykake tower would have small sample size boxes or something, but no, it had full family size boxes, and many different types of Tastykakes. I sent this to my son who is in another state where you can't buy Tastykakes, and he was amazed by how much was in this package. He said it was heavy! I was really happy to hear that.

My husband and I wanted to send a taste of PA to some special friends in Hawaii who were especially hospitable when we visited them two years ago. Last year we sent a basket of assorted PA products. The basket arrived in a timely manner and looked great! They loved it! (Especially the Tastey Cakes). This year for Christmas we chose to send the Tastey Cake Tower. Even with shipping delays this year, they received their gift in a timely fashion and it was amazing! They were so excited and can't wait to share their treats with co-workers! The gift was very nice. My daughter loved it. She is in the army and stationed in Georgia. We are from the Philadelphia area and in Georgia they don't have what we have here. She shared them with her buddies in the ER. She stated they loved them. She misses the Reading Terminal Market as much as we do. Keep doing what you are doing I will definitely order again

Not Happy with Grand Tower Substitutions

Ordered the Tastykake GRAND Tower for my Dad's 86th Birthday to get the ultimate in Tastykake variety. Instead of 10 boxes of items listed, he received duplicates of the Butterscotch Krimpets & Kandy Kakes - the Jelly Krimpets & Oatmeal Raisin Bars were omitted. I ordered the GRAND Tower because of the variety that wasn't available in other packages - not for the quantity. Taste was excellent on everything he sampled.

Unfortunately, Tastykake is not producing Jelly Krimpets & Oatmeal Raisin Bars at the moment, along with a handful of other items. This is due to production slowdowns caused by the pandemic. I'm sorry for the disappointment. I apologize you were not notified of the change to the Grand Tower. Tastykake intends to produce these items again in the near future. The TastyKake Grand Tower is a very nice 'package'. We've sent several as Thank You's to our local police and township... very well received. The only drawback to the process, is that you don't if and/or when they are delivered unless the recipient notifies you. I wish PA General Store would email shipping progress to the buyer.

I sort of stumbled upon the PA General Store while looking for something to send to our local Police Department as a thank you for service. I ordered two TastyKake Towers to send to the department. Everything was easy to do, shipping was relatively fast - especially during these times. While I never actually saw the 'Towers', the reaction received from our Police was wonderful. They posted a picture of the 'Towers' - very nice assortment and appearance. Kudos to the PA General Store. We intend to order again.

Product arrived on time and was the freshest I've had. The only complaint I have is that I was charged $16 for shipping when I ordered from a catalog advertising a flat rate shipping charge of $11. I couldn't find anywhere on the order blank to get the discounted rate.
