Shipping Information
When will my order ship?
We ship Monday- Friday. Orders placed before noon will be sent out the same day unless a future ship date is selected. Orders placed after noon will be sent out the following business day unless a future ship date is selected. Very large orders requiring excel import may require additional processing time. Please see volume/corporate gift information under the Business Gifts drop down menu for more information.
When will my order arrive?
Time in transit will vary depending on where your package is being sent and the shipping method that you select. Most orders arrive in 2-5 business days. During checkout, your estimated arrival date will display after you've entered your destination and shipping method.
How much does shipping cost?
The price of shipping is calculated based on shipping method, shipping address, box size and weight.
Flat Rate shipping (FRS) is available for most gift packages. Flat Rate shipping is a great option that will allow you to save some money on the shipping cost however please note that it has a relaxed time in transit estimate so if you are in a rush or need the order to arrive by a specific time, this may not be your best option.
Do you offer expedited shipping or can you guarantee a delivery date?
Arrival estimates are provided at checkout, however the only way UPS or USPS will guarantee a specific arrival date is if an expedited shipping method such as UPS Next Day Air (UPN), UPS Second Day Air (UP2) is selected.
UPS Second Day Air (UP2) packages will arrive by the end of the day within 2 business days of when the order is being sent out. For example if an order is shipping UP2 on Monday it will arrive on Wednesday.
UPS Next Day Air (UPN) packages will arrive by 10:30 A.M within one business day. For example if the order is shipping on Monday it will arrive on Tuesday by 10:30 a.m.
Can you deliver on the weekend?
Packages travel during business days only. If you would like a package to arrive over the weekend please call us for a UPS Saturday delivery (UP8) quote.
Can I pick up my order in the store?
If you would like to place an order to pick up at one of our stores or our warehouse please call 1-800-545-4891.
Can you hand delivery my package in Philadelphia?
We offer hand delivery (HD1) within Center City Philadelphia. Hand delivery to outlying areas is also offered for an additional cost based on distance (price will calculate at check out or call us for a quote 1-800-545-4891).
Military Addresses
Would you like to send a gift to a Military address? We’ve got you covered, shipping to APO and FPO addresses for most items is no problem!
International Addresses
Interested in shipping internationally? Email us at info@pageneralstore.com for a quote. Please include the item number and the shipping address of what you would like to order.
Perishable Items
Gifts with perishable items such as soft pretzels, meat, cheese, Tastykake Pies, shoofly pies and ice cream are not eligible for Flat Rate Shipping. If they are being sent farther than two days away UPS Ground, they will require expedite shipping. This will be automatically upgraded in your cart at checkout, you can also call us for a shipping quote before you place your order. Perishable items may not be sent to Post Office boxes or APO or FPO addresses.
Valid Addresses
Please make sure that the shipping address is updated, correct and include any suite or apartment numbers. Incorrectly labeled packages can result in your gift being returned.
