Sweet Lebanon Bologna features a blend of premium spices, lean beef and white sugar cured in our wooden smokehouses for three days. Just like I remembered when I lived in Pennsylvania. Brought back old memories just cutting it up! Only thing that I feel needs improvement is keeping the product cold.
