Christmas we received a pretzel tin from our dear friends. We waited until company came to open the tin. They were the best chocolate covered pretzels I have ever tasted! Tin was empty so quickly that I ordered another one for us (no special occasion) and another one for our son's family for Valentines Day!

I would like to review this product that I ordered in Dec 5th, thinking it was to be delivered on Dec. 14th, but the recipient hasn't received it. Had I known that it was being held for some reason "to ensure the product arrives fresh" I would Never have ordered it. A disclaimer should be put on soft pretzels indicating it might never actually arrive at the requested date or even 10 days later. Also very disappointed in the communication. No updates posted. Only received any info after I both called, left a message & emailed a concern with customer service.
Owner Response: Thank you for your orders. You ordered both on the 5th but scheduled them for a later ship date. Your chocolate pretzel tin was shipped on your requested date and delivered 2 days later. The soft pretzel order was delayed however it arrived on within 2 days of shipment, on December 24. I'm very sorry you were disappointed but hope that your recipients enjoyed their goodies!

Delicious chocolate covered pretzels, but...

The picture in the catalogue showed toffee covered pretzels and m&m covered pretzels, along with the usual white, milk and dark chocolate pretzels and sprinkle covered pretzels. The tin I received had zero toffee covered pretzels and only one m&m covered pretzel. Most of the pretzels where plain milk chocolate covered, followed by sprinkle covered pretzels. They were fairly pricey, so I thought it reasonable that the assortment would be divided evenly among the different choices. I wish it was possible to customize the assortment.
