I purchased the "Philly Favorites Basket" for my niece who was born and raised in the Philly area but now lives in the Chicago suburbs. She absolutely loved the the basket for her birthday - said everything was wonderful and reminded her of home. Wonderful basket of PA goodies. The pretzels were all smashed. I had to remove from basket & added some hershey candy & peeps, both made in PA.

Ordered three gift baskets for the holidays...two of the three made it to their destinations in a timely manner.
However, the third order did not! It was ordered on 11/27/20 and didn't get delivered until 9:30PM EDT on 12/22/20!!
There was no offer to compensate me for the order debacle, frustration, and embarrassment(with the recipient) that went along with this mishap! Now, was it totally PA General Store's fault?....No.
BUT, there was a shipping 'glitch' on their end initially(as confirmed to me by the store) as well as the UPS shipping debacle of not being able to make the delivery within reasonable amount of time. Not my issue but, between PA General Store and UPS.
Will re-think ordering again.
