These arrive 2 days and ready to eat or store in drive or freezer.

My family orders the Phila Soft Pretzels, from Seattle, monthly. They always arrive fresh and shipments are delivered timely.
I only wish there was a way to exclude the mustard, which is included with everything order. We don't use the mustard.

Seattle is a long way from Philly - not a real soft pretzel in sight. The soft pretzels from PA General Store are the perfect solution!! Always very fresh and scrumptious. Communication regarding delivery is timely and accurate. We order them regularly.

Through no fault of Pennsylvania General Store, my order was delayed. So when my perishable order came, the pretzels were dry and stale. Pennsylvania General Store made good on the problem by overnighting a new order which came on time and was very fresh. I thank Ashley Williams for making good on a promise to make me a happy and satisfied customer. I'm sure Pennsylvania Soft Pretzels are a good product, but it is very important to order overnight shipping in order to get your pretzels as close to "Fresh" as possible.

My husband grew up in South West Philly and has always loved his pretzels. I am from New York and have always loved my pretzels, until I finally had a Philly pretzel. Love the pretzels. We freeze most of ours and heat them up when we want a snack. Throw them in the microwave for 10 -15 seconds to thaw, then pop them in the toaster. They come out like you just you pulled them from the oven. Hot, delicious, slightly crispy on the outside...soft on the inside. Perfection.

Despite the fact that we left Philadelphia in 1979, we sometimes have a taste for something from home. When we found Pennsylvania General Store, we were so happy to see Soft Pretzels were available. We have ordered and reordered. The entire process is perfect- we choose a product, a desired shipping date, and followed the order until delivery.
Our pretzels arrived on time, in well packed couriers and most importantly, fresh. Included were both salt and mustard. They freeze perfectly and taste as great when reheated.
This is a no brainer if you miss a taste of home!

I had an issue with the delivery of my order -- but that is not the point of this review. PA General Store went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I got my order, make sure that the product was spectacular and make sure that I was 100% satisfied. I have nothing but the highest praise for the entire PA General Store team! In my earlier review I said that i didn't know if I would buy from this company again, I have done a complete 180 turn on this. Not only would I buy from them now and in the future, I recommend them to my friends and family. Excellent job and I appreciate your customer service.

I am so happy PA General Store started to ship Philly Pretzel Factory pretzels. I moved from Philly 6 years ago and have been missing these soft pretzels so much. My family would occasionally take some down with them on the plane when they visit but they were usually squished and soggy by the time they got here! Now I can get them anytime I want. The pretzels arrive fresh and can be frozen and thawed in the oven or microwave later. I have ordered them twice already and will be ordering more again soon. I also ordered the chocolate chip cookies which always come fresh and are delicious!

WOW WHAT CAN I SAY. We found they are better at room temperature before you place then in the microwave. I AM NOT A FAN OF MICROWAVE To heat something up. WELL THESE WERE MADE TO MICROWAVE. They are so soft and chewy. We put VERY SOFT BUTTER on them then salted them.SO TASTY. Then we buttered them and put Cinnamon sugar on them. So many different ways to serve them. Will be getting more as soon as we run out.

I'm from L. Bucks County, Pa and I miss philly food. I've bought pretzels from other places but Pa Generals are always fast, fresh and afford. The shipping fee is steep but so worth it! Tastykakes fresh and packed well too.

Pretzels are great, but only received partial shipment. Had to contact you to request delivery of second half of order, and wait a week for delivery. Response to my concern, though, was prompt and the rest of the shipment arrived on the promised new delivery date

The pretzels were great and bring back memories when I lived in Philadelphia, PA. Just one thing; the software did not work correctly. It seams go to pickup and never allow me enter card information. The new software needs to be fixed. I got call from company they realized I would not be pick up and needed a credit card before shipping. An advise they looking a software fix. Great communication by company.
