Good but not Maine whoopie pies

Cake is moist but filling is not traditional Maine whoopie pie filling, more like cake frosting.

Raised in Bethlehem, PA. I had a friend in elementary school whose mother made whoopie pies. When he brought those to school, he could trade for anything he wanted. These pies remind me of those. Oh so good!

I lived in PA up until 2017 when I moved to NV. I miss all the PA foods and happened to come across this website. I normally do not like Whoopie Pies as they are typically dry. This website has the BEST whoopie pies I have ever tasted! My order was filled in a timely manner and everything arrived safely to my destination 2,500 miles from PA. Most importantly, THEY WERE SO FRESH. I highly recommend.

We live on the west coast and placed our order the Sunday before Easter hoping bu not expecting to receive the order before Easter. We were pleaseantly surprised to receive that Thursday. The entire order was well packaged and still cold. As a former New Yorker, I wanted to have my family try the whoopie pies and a shoofly pie. The deserts were a hit, they were absolutely delicious. We also ordered the scrapple and bologna which were delicious as expected. We now have a source for the occasional splurge! Very thankful to PGS for their promt service!
