I ordered the William Penn Special but that is NOT what was delivered. I was told the picture on the website was outdated. My customer sent me a picture and I replied with what should have been shipped. The following are his comments:
indeed they used the smaller basket BUT had most of the components of the bigger basket....but missing were the mustard; the bigger chocolate boxes in the back; and maybe some other stuff we can't tell. So definitely they shaved off at least a few of the items, and used the smaller basket so probably they could not fit all the stuff in there. I say a refund is due you AND for your trouble you get a NEW CORRECT basket delivered to your office! With a smaller crew in office more treats for you!
Owner Response: Thank you for your feedback. We have changed the shape of the basket but not the size. We are in the process of updating our photograph and appreciate your comments as the picture should accurately reflect the package. We have shipped a new package out to your recipient.
